Wyperserfontein
1868
The old house on Neudorf road is called "Wyperserfontein" a famous tongue twister, which it has been known by for the last seventy years. Built by William Perry for his wife and their seven children to come in 1868. During its history it has been a hotel, a residence, accommodation for seasonal workers, a storage shed and even a home for bees! The old bed that the current owners grandfather was born on is still inside. No more babies to be born inside this home, only spiders to sleep in it!
